The staff were helpful, arranged a taxi and offering a tasty breakfast to go. The Wi-Fi connection was weak throughout my stay.

When I am in Lima, I like staying here. The property is nice and the staff is welcoming. My must haves' are a huge, fancy room with air conditioning, the shower, a window on the back:)))

It was a lovely hotel, I would stay here again. Loved my 2 nights stay. The location was marvellous and unbeatable: the main shopping centre and shopping centres were within walking distance. My room was huge and had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV. There was a Jacuzzi, a plus for me...

Simple and clean hotel
Breakfast too basic. Windows to thin to keep noise outside.

Breakfast variety had a decent selection with fresh fruits. Restaurant area provides a nice atmosphere for meals.
Rooms vary in condition. Some show signs of wear like old bathrooms and lopsided chandeliers in the lobby. WiFi connectivity is unreliable, often disconnecting. Some appliances, like the hairdryer and toilet mechanisms, may not function properly, leading to possible inconvenience during your stay.

The rooms are comfortable and have good views over Miraflores. The hotel surroundings are comfortable and pleasant.
Hotel claims to have wifi internet across the whole hotel but it does not. It has wired internet in the rooms and wifi internet only in the restaraunt. Breakfast was a poor choice, staff in the restaraunt were ignorant to some guests. Check out is at 1pm though staff try to convince it is 12, despite a sign in reception that clearly says 1pm.

The breakfast was decent, I suppose, if you consider it palatable enough to start your day. The toilet flush in my room was a joke-most of the time, it refused to work at all. I woudl ve been thrilled with even a simple welcome gift for my troubles, but no such luck. Nearly gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Hotel's location was great and unbeatable, to the main shopping centre along the water front. The lunch in Costazul Seafood only a short distance to the property had every choice imaginable. Loved TV with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room...

Reception was accommodating, swiftly handling a room change after we encountered issues. The spacious room had distinct old-world charm, and breakfast offered fresh, home-cooked items. Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, and the old bathroom fixtures detracted from the overall comfort. My request for an earlier breakfast for a 5 AM departure was disappointingly unmet.
